The New York Times published a dialect quiz interactive on 21 December 2013 that was referred to me by a coworker. Using a series of about 25 questions, the quiz the plots your dialect on a map of the US. Pictured below are the results of my quiz showing that my most similar cities are Winston-Salem, Greenboro, and Charlotte NC.

The quiz also provides the cities that are furthest/least similar from your dialect (shown below). Ironic that I live in one of those cities now!
