On the lookout for birds - the bird feeder hangs just outside the kitchen window. I installed a reflective film so the birds can't see the cats peering intently (drooling) out the window at them (26 January).
"Dude! Can you turn it up a notch?" Pippin makes his opinion known about Mr. Lubin's thermostat settings (03 February).
Is that tuna? (17 February).
Tillie snoozes at my computer (09 March).
"You're doing it all wrong!" Merry supervises Jonathan's distribution of smoked whitefish and lox on a platter for the housewarming brunch we held for some co-workers, neighbors, and other friends (16 March).
Pippin and Merry in the linen cabinet (18 May).
Mr. Lubin attempting to teach Merry table manners (19 May).
Pippin looking over Jonathan's shoulder - Once we resealed the front porch deck and installed the latch on the door, we started letting the cats out there. It's probably their favorite spot, especially for Tillie. To bring them inside at night, I usually had to bribe them in with fishy treats (21 July).
Pippin in repose on one of the front porch chairs (25 July).
Summertime, and the livin' is easy (01 September).
Wintertime, and it's cold! The December weather is more typical of January this year. Tillie huddles close to a warm radiator on a rug in the guest room (22 December).
Birdwatching, a/k/a cat TV, is a favorite passtime. There is a reflective film on the window, so the sparrow can't see Merry drooling at him (24 December).
